All Air Conditioning Solutions (UK) installations come with a 5-year manufacturers warranty. This warranty is issued on the understanding the equipment is serviced, usually, twice each year by an approved company. This approval guarantees that service engineers are all professionally trained in the equipment models being maintained and they are licensed in the safe handling of refrigerant gases.

In the event of a critical area breakdown, ACS offer an additional paid for service guaranteeing onsite support within 4 hours and 24 hours. Both of the services are subject to telephone diagnostics before the engineers visit.

It is a fact many seemingly critical breakdowns are found to be operational errors arising from wrong setup of the equipment. In server rooms, we always advise the air conditioning unit is a bespoke unit and not part of a multi-system. In addition, the temperature controls are hardwired and not operated from a remote control unit.
